Job Description
Position OverviewVocation Ministry is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) presenter to inspire and train laity on promoting vocations in their communities. The presenter will work closely with the President of Vocation Ministry and other presenters, initially traveling and assisting with workshops to gain experience before leading sessions independently. This role involves delivering one- to six-hour workshops, both virtually and in person, at various times throughout the year. Workshops focus on equipping attendees to establish parish vocation ministries, promote vocations in schools, and implement proven strategies that foster a culture of vocations.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and engaging speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, who can present with confidence, enthusiasm, and clarity to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively present Vocation Ministry's mission and training workshops in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) in English and Spanish with diocesan and parish leadership, educators, and laity.
• Travel as needed across North America on mutually agreed upon weekdays and/or weekends.
• Uphold and teach the Catholic faith in full alignment with the Magisterium.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Public speaking experience with the ability to present engaging and impactful material.
• Strong familiarity with virtual platforms and presentation technology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation & Schedule:
• Contract position; compensation based on experience.
• Flexible scheduling based on workshop needs.
