Career Title: Real Estate Investment Acquisitions Associate

Location: Hybrid - remote with occasional in-person training (100% remote considered for the right candidate)

Job Description: We are seeking a driven and resilient Acquisitions Associate with a strong background (or willingness to self-teach) in sales and a proven track record of effective cold calling. You will be tasked with reaching out to property owners to uncover potential investment opportunities, fostering a relationship, and solving problems in an effort to get them to sell their property. This is a high-volume, high-rejection role suitable for someone with a tenacious attitude and the ability to persevere through challenges.

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners to pitch potential real estate transactions.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of contacts and follow up regularly to close deals.
Utilize provided scripts effectively to communicate the value proposition and negotiate terms.
Document interactions, leads, and sales outcomes within our CRM system.
Draft and upload purchase agreements to digital signature platforms and follow through with sellers until the deal is closed.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Participate in regular sales training sessions to improve sales techniques and enhance industry knowledge.

What We Offer:
An extremely lucrative commission-only compensation structure. $50,000 per year is your minimum expected commission. You will have the resources to earn well over $100,000 per year.
No caps on commissions.

Employment Terms:
This position is subject to a 90-day probationary period, during which your fit with the role and performance will be evaluated. Our expectation is that you'll get four signed purchase agreements in this time. You will be paid for these whether you stay or leave.
This is not some "get rich quick" job. It requires hard work and dedication to achieve success. You will be learning the ins and outs of different kinds of Real Estate Investments, as well as how to acquire and sell them which is a lifelong skill.
