Job Description

Fr. Tolton Catholic High School in Columbia, Missouri currently has an opening for an Advancement Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of ongoing donor and volunteer stewardship efforts
Assist in the mailing of donor correspondence
Maintain donor records
Help conduct student shadow program and prospective student visits
Help manage the online application and enrollment systems
Support the planning and execution of events for:
o donors and prospective donors
o existing and prospective students and families
o community, fundraising, and activities and athletics, as needed
As requested, act as a liaison between
o the school and prospective students/families
o the Student Ambassadors
o area parishes
o clergy and feeder school administrators
o the business community
o and other constituencies
Assist Marketing Director with Team Store inventory and order fulfillments
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
General administrative support
Work as part of the Advancement Team

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS Degree
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and attentiveness to customer service
Superior communications skills; experienced public speaker
Flexibility and adaptability; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy; proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Must be a team player with a commitment to relationship-building
Commitment to Tolton's mission and program goals.

Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related study
2+ years professional experience in enrollment marketing, public relations, sales, or development. Non-profit experience preferred.
Practicing Catholic is preferred, not required.
Database management/prospect management software experience a plus
