Job Description
Part-Time Scheduling Administrative Assistantresponsible for scheduling, Protecting God's Children
and Social Media Content
Responsibilities include:
• Protecting God's Children (Diocese Virtus/Fastrax, Code of Conduct)
• Scheduling parish events, maintain monthly calendar
• Programing key FOBS
• Maintaining the parish website and social media platforms
• Liturgical Minster Scheduling
• Events coordinator and publicity
• Administrative office support as needed.
• Attend one evening meeting every other month (Sept - June)
Must be proficient in Microsoft and Google Applications.
Hours M, T, W, and F, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
