Job Description
St. Patrick Parish is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized part-time receptionist who wants to serve the Church. This part-time position will be twelve hours a week, Monday and Tuesday 9:00am-4:00pm, with the option of additional hours as needed by the parish schedule.Responsibilities for this role include:
Answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate extension
Greet the public by answering the door
Schedule Mass Intentions
Process Mass cards for Mass Intentions
Sort mail
Assist with mailings for various parish departments
Process sacrament certificates
General assistance for various parish departments
Hours: Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm (6 hours)
Tuesday 9:00am - 4:00pm (6 hours)
Flexible 3rd day as needed 9:00am - 4:00pm (6 hours)
Twelve hours but no more than 19 hours total
Hourly Wage: $16/hour
Position Reports to: Pastor, Office Manager
