Associate Director of Charitable Giving

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director of Charitable Giving who will assist and support the Director of Charitable Giving through strengthening relationships, boldly growing engagement, and connecting people to the mission of this Catholic organization.

Highlights:
- Assist and support the Director of Charitable Giving with the overall operations of the Office of Charitable Giving, e.g., oversight of the stewardship and development appeals, initiatives, programs, direct mailings, in-person events as directed, and diocesan and individual parish capital campaigns.
- Assist with the day-to-day functions and operations of the Office of Charitable Giving.
- Schedule and attend quarterly Diocesan Stewardship Commission meetings. Provide meeting materials to participants.
- Foster connections between clergy, donors, diocesan partner organizations and parishes, and spearheading strategic stewardship initiatives primarily through parishes to expand engagement.
- Assist Director of Charitable Giving in creating a strategic fundraising plan and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative, fundraising, donor relations, or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred
