Job Description

St. Michael School, located at 64 E Selby Blvd, Worthington, is seeking a full-time School Office Lead Administrative Assistant.

The School Office Lead Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Principal and assists teachers, parents, and visitors as requested; performs clerical/receptionist duties and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - An ideal candidate will possess the following:
-Excellent communication and computer skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-The ability to recognize and respect the confidentiality of situations
-The ability to serve others and be courteous
-The ability to be flexible to adapt to changing needs
-The ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
-The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write short correspondence, and memos
-The ability to work on multiple items and prioritize tasks according to timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
-Current satisfactory BCI & FBI background checks
-Have attended or be willing to attend a VIRTUS Protecting God's Children training
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
