Job Description

Holy Name of Jesus Parish, Harrisburg, seeks a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Pastoral Associate. The central focus of this role is to engage families and adults by assessing and responding to the needs of the faithful through the strategic planning and implementation of parish ministries and events.
Major responsibilities include:
- collaborating with clergy, parish staff, and consultative bodies to develop and implement far- reaching plans for adult faith formation, caring ministries, and annual parish events
- serve as the parish liaison for all established ministries
- serve as the parish's ecumenical representative.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Salary is commensurate with experience. A detailed description is available through the parish office.
