Job Description

Frontline Ambassador is the "Tip of the Spear" for Triumph of the Heart.

Are you a connector deeply connected to the Catholic world in your region? Do you have a knack for sales, fundraising, and building relationships? We're looking for Front Line Ambassadors for Triumph of the Heart to help us put together screenings in your local region.

What You'll Do:

We have many volunteers in every region who want to help. Enlist the volunteers in your region to help plan and run private screenings, connect with Catholic leads, and advocate for the film.
Build strategic local relationships with apostolates, dioceses, school networks, non-profits, newspapers, magazines, podcasters, and Catholic-based companies. This will involve cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up with established leads.
Oversee and plan exclusive & private screenings of the film for regional Catholic leaders in cities in your region.
Be the face of the film in your region to critical stakeholders in the Catholic media and business ecosystem.

You Are:

A connector with a track record of developing strong partnerships across multiple industries (bonus if you've got Catholic media or business experience).
A relationship-building expert who understands how to woo parishes and Catholic apostolate leaders
Someone with hustle. You know how to create opportunities and take advantage of them.
A master communicator - both written and verbal. You know how to tailor your message to your audience.
Event experience is preferred.
Results-driven. You care about outcomes, not just outputs.

Requirements:

Catholic Missionary or Ministry Experience is a plus.
Familiarity with the Catholic world is MUST.
Ability to work independently, set goals, and crush them.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Reporting, Compensation, & Term:
