Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for providing critical support to our internal marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity to have a positive effect on the lives of readers across the country as part of an energetic, supportive, and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, attentive to detail, precise, technically savvy, displays initiative, and is comfortable working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
• Answers to and supports the Director of Marketing in a wide variety of tasks, responsibilities, and projects
• Supports Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager with any project needs
• Executes email and text message campaigns to consumers and resellers
• Assists in the execution of marketing plans and initiatives
• Keeps up with the industry standards and best practices in digital marketing
• Creates training materials and support documents for internal learning library in relation to documentation and duplication of recurring weekly tasks

Core Competencies
• Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A moderate amount of experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, certification preferred
• Self-directed, good at managing time and multiple tasks with the ability to meet deadlines
• Great verbal and written communication skills are essential
• The ability to work collaboratively and positively with individuals and groups in a distributed, hybrid working environment
