Job Description
St Patrick of Heatherdowns in Toledo OH is looking for a Director of Youth Formation. This candidate would lead and administrate (desisns, develops, directs and evaluates) our parish's catechetical program for youth from Preschool through high school; including but not limited to Religious Education, Vacation Bible School, Children's Liturgy of the Word, Youth sacramental Prep, service opportunities and oversees the Parish Youth Event Coordinator. The Director of Youth Formation will also prepare and lead the parent Sacramental Prep as directed by the Diocese. In addition, the Director will attend weekly meetings to stay informed of parish events and collaborate with other staff.This is a full time position that requires some evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate would have a Master's Degree in Theology with an education degree or experience in education. A minimum of a Bachelore's degree is required.
