Job Description
Position Summary:Notre Dame High School is seeking a dynamic and transformative Vice President of Enrollment Management. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to attract, enroll, re-enroll and retain a diverse and talented student body. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enrollment trends and strategies within the education sector, along with a passion for fostering relationships with prospective families and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Continue to implement a comprehensive enrollment management plan aligned with the school's Catholic mission and goals.
- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
2. Promotion and Outreach:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with feeder schools, community organizations, and educational stakeholders to expand recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Communications to ensure cohesive promotion and outreach efforts.
- Organize and participate in outreach events, including open houses, school fairs, and community workshops to engage prospective families.
3. Admissions Process Oversight:
- Manage the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience for prospective families.
- Lead a team of admissions professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness.
4. Retention and Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with academic and student life departments to create programs that enhance student satisfaction and retention.
- Develop initiatives to engage current families and alumni, fostering a strong sense of community and loyalty to the school.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of enrollment initiatives and work cross-functionally to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for the President and Board of Trustees on enrollment trends, challenges, and successes.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the enrollment management budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, including financial aid and scholarships, to meet enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related fields.
Proven track record of successfully increasing enrollment and implementing effective partnership with feeder schools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
