Grade 3-6 Classroom Aide and After Care Lead Teacher (Part Time 15-27 hours per week)

Immediate Opening

Saint Benedict Academy seeks a part time Afterschool Program Lead Teacher and Grade Three through Six Classroom Aide and Afterschool Program Lead Teacher to work Monday 2:30-5:30, Tuesday 8:00-4:00, Wednesday 9:30-5:30 and Thursday 8:00-4:00. The ideal applicants will possess experience working with elementary aged students in small groups and one on one, leading multi-aged groups of learners, the ability to build rapport with students and parents, engage in the school community and support, both in word and deed, the Catholic mission of Saint Benedict Academy. This is a combined position but can be separated into two positions depending on applicants' strengths and availability. Additional hours may be available beginning in March. Hours worked as classroom aide (prior to 2:30) are paid at $16/hour, hours worked as Afterschool Lead Teacher (2:30 and beyond) are paid at $20/hour.
