Director of Christian Initiation

Job Description and Responsibilities:

-Directs and maintains a comprehensive process of Christian Initiation for people of all ages

-Provides the structure and framework for individuals to enter the Church

-Creates opportunities for returning Catholics to reconnect with the Church

-Supports the overall adult outreach ministries of the parish

-Forms and leads team(s) of adults who serve as the core leadership team(s) for each ministry
