Job Description

Salary: $55,000 - $60, 000 annually depending on qualifications

Position Overview:
The Donor Data and Relationship Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for entering and managing data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, supporting the outreach and relationship development of donors, and assisting the major gift officers and the Director of National Fundraising Programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, fundraising, and donor relations, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate donor information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support major gift officers and the Director of National Fundraising Programs with donor research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of donor outreach strategies, including direct mail and online giving campaigns.
- Generate donor reports and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the fundraising and marketing team to develop targeted donor communications and engagement plans.
- Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and other fundraising activities.
- Monitor and respond to donor inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of fundraising materials and communications.
- Other assignments as determined by the supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements:
Experience with computer technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and donor stewardship strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud, DonorPerfect, Virtuous) and data analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to convey the mission, vision, values, and plans of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
- Requires willingness and ability to travel nationally.

- Supports the Rule and by-laws of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
- Adheres to policies and procedures of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and all pertinent legal regulations.
- Prepares and accomplishes annual performance and program objectives.
- Participates in annual self-evaluation and performance review.
