Job Description

Chief Financial Officer

St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy, an all-boys Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition serving approximately 750 boys in Northwest Ohio, is in search of a full-time Chief Financial Officer. Under the guidance of the President, the CFO is responsible for the financial effectiveness of the school. The CFO oversees budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies to ensure the school remains the best educational option for young men in the community. In addition, the CFO oversees the business office, campus dining, buildings and grounds and the spirit store departments.

Successful candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a closely related field and 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience is required. A CPA and previous experience in a school or nonprofit setting is preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated strong computer skills, communication skills and experience with accounting software. Ability to successfully pass BCI/FBI background checks and Diocese of Toledo Protecting Youth Requirements is required.
