About the Employer

St. Pius X Catholic Church exists to form disciples, in and beyond Bowie, who joyfully live out the mission of Jesus Christ. We take seriously the motto of our patron, St. Pius X, to restore all things in Christ. For the past 55 years SPX has sought to bring people into a relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. In 2013 we launched our parish plan of renewal, RESTORE, inspired by the books Rebuilt and Forming Intentional Disciples. Through a variety of ways, our church began in a new way to challenge those already here and reach out to those yet to come. We continue this work through the 5 Commitments that we ask each parishioner to commit to: Worship, Connect, Serve, Give and Invite.
