Job Description

Bishop Ireton High School has an opening for a full-time Physics teacher for the 2025-2026 school year at our campus in Alexandria, Virginia.

Candidates will:
• demonstrate professionalism in a collaborative environment.
• have strong communication skills.
• possess a bachelor's degree in a science field; master's degree preferred.
• possess or be willing to obtain a Virginia teaching license or VCEA license
• citizenship, residency or work visa required

Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and take required in-person Virtus training.
