Assistant Director of Discipleship for Youth and Young Adult

Job Description

Our Lady Star of the Sea and Holy Trinity Churches in Bremerton, WA are seeking an Assistant Director of Discipleship for Youth and Young Adults. The position is to support the mission and vision of the Bremerton Catholic Parishes through assisting in the development direction and supervision of all youth and young adult programs.

The assistant will help the director to oversee the development and implementation of the discipleship programs by providing guidance & support to the missionary interns and parish volunteers who coordinate and serve as leaders/mentors to the teens.

Programs include Teen Confirmation Preparation, Middle School group, High School group, Fidelis & Fraternus mentorship programs and Discipleship Groups.

Part-time and full-time configurations of this position are available.
