Job Description

The Principal is responsible for the instructional leadership of the school. This includes the curriculum, hiring and supervision of instructional personnel, student life, discipline, finances, policies and related parent communication. The Principal is particularly
responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the school's mission and educational philosophy, and for executing the strategic plan based on the mission and vision of the school.

The Principal reports to the Board of Directors and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Practicing Catholic in good standing, faithful to the magisterium;
- Masters or Doctoral Degree;
-Experience in classical curriculum and pedagogy;
-Flexible in the management of a smaller-school environment; and

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a 12-month position. Evenings and Weekends are required on occasion.
