Job Description
St. Joseph the Just School for Boys is hiring a STEM teacher for the 2025-26 academic year. The STEM teacher will hold a Bachelor of Science degree and will have a love for his subject matter. He will have strong communication skills and will be able to clearly explain complex concepts to his students. He will understand the importance of math and science as an integral part of classical education. He will be able to differentiate instruction as appropriate according to the skills of the students in order to help them succeed. He will be a flexible member of a collaborative team of teachers and administrators. He will be able to create lab courses for his students to prepare them for college admissions, and ensure that these classes are conducted in a safe manner.St. Joseph the Just is a 7-12 classical school in Front Royal, VA serving Catholic boys. It is part of the Divinum Auxilium family of schools that also includes Divinum Auxilium Academy (PreK - 6th grades) and St. Edith Stein School for Girls (grades 7-12). SJJ seeks to answer the challenge to develop young men in the moral, intellectual and theological virtues by providing the skills, tools and formation that will enable them to use the gifts of nature and grace to serve as just, prudent, Christian leaders in their families and communities.
