We're seeking someone to bring our email marketing strategies to life by creating content that captures our audience's attention and drives results. You'll lead the charge in our email marketing, driving engagement and igniting curiosity about the Catholic faith and our diverse range of products. Responsibilities
• Channel Ownership and Strategy: Take ownership of the email channel to acquire, engage, and retain customers. Develop and execute strategies that leverage email as a key communication tool, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and enhancing customer lifecycle experiences.
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Produce and execute all email and SMS campaigns, from building emails using templates and HTML to copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
• Ideation: Brainstorm fresh email marketing campaign ideas to promote our products and services, generate new leads, and educate customers.
• Audience Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists and deliver personalized content tailored to specific audience segments.
• Automation and Workflows: Design and maintain automated email workflows to ensure timely and relevant communication throughout the customer journey.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze email and digital marketing campaign performance using key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Performance Optimization: Implement robust A/B testing strategies to enhance our marketing communications and boost engagement and performance.
• Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other state legislation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multi-channel campaign efforts, aligning with company goals to drive results.
• Digital Strategy: Assist with the planning of campaigns, including collaborating with the channel leads in social, PPC/SEO, and content marketing.

Requirements:

• Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years working with enterprise-level email service platforms like Klayvio, Hubspot, Attentive, etc.
• E-commerce Success: Proven track record of success in e-commerce or managing an email marketing program.
• Marketing Analytics: Strong knowledge of email analysis and experience with Google Analytics.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Copywriting Skills: Outstanding copywriting and copy-editing abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor messaging to resonate with different audience segments.
• Catholic Market Understanding: An understanding of the Catholic market and consumer behaviors.
• Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Monday.com.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Writing/English, or a related field.
