Job Description
SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOROur mission is to aid Catholic Churches and Schools by securing critical resources and implementing new programming. Our teams work to boost student enrollment, improve educational outcomes, enhance school safety and help grow the Church.
The Senior Project Coordinator is critical to the success of the firm's national client engagements. The Coordinator is a problem solver relentlessly committed to high quality work and customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis project work includes; coordination of complex client projects involving multiple vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing client payment and revenue streams, development of funding proposals, editing and reviewing client paperwork, organizing documents; maintaining records; and related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Overall coordination of client projects involving multiple vendors
Development of client proposals and project plans
Review and submission of client billing materials
Client meetings and site visits
Drafting, editing and responding to client communication
Drafting or editing client documents and contracts
Organizing and maintaining client records
Answering and responding to phone calls or emails as necessary
Essential requirements:
Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Organizational skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Google docs, Facebook and other commonly used office programs or software
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate is resourceful and has a "can-do" attitude

The Senior Project Coordinator position is a hybrid position offering the ability to work remotely along with 2-3 days of in-person work at locations across Southeastern Wisconsin and around the country (45% Midwest, 5% international) Flexible scheduling is required with evening and some weekend assignments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
