Job Description
The Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford is seeking young adults between the ages of 22 - 30 interested in serving in Youth Ministry. Ignite Missionaries will engage in Ministry, Community, and Spiritual Formation throughout the 10-Month Mission Program. Ignite Missionaries will live together in an intentional faith community in our historic Rock House mansion. Missionaries will work collaboratively on the Youth Ministry Team to facilitate retreats grounded in the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the youth ministry program; planning, preparing, staffing and facilitating retreats and programs; must excel in large group facilitation and communication. This position does require evening and weekend work. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
