Job Description

St. John's Catholic Church in Adel, IA is seeking a Director of Faith Formation. The fulltime position(35 hr/wk) includes benefits with a flexible schedule. Located west of the Des Moines Metro area, St. John's is a growing parish community. This leadership position is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the religious education and sacramental preparation of the parish. The Director will work in collaboration with ministry leaders, parish staff, and volunteers to develop a comprehensive ministry calendar for all dimensions of parish formation.
