Job Description

ST MARK Catholic Church in Vienna, VA has an immediate opening for a full-time bookkeeper. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a ministry team in a dynamic environment, and handle confidential information and situations with professionalism and discretion.
Duties include; accounts receivable/payable, ledger maintenance and reports, reconciling all bank accounts, assist in preparing annual budget and financial report, implementing internal controls, preparing and mailing contribution statements to parishioners, and backup payroll processor. Must be able and willing to perform other related clerical and administrative functions.

Candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks and Excel/MS Office. Experience with Parish Data System and Dayforce/Ceridian payroll a plus.

Hourly, non-exempt position with benefits. References required. Candidate must pass a background check including fingerprints. Submit resume by April 15, 2025.
