Job Description
POSITION: Inside Sales Representative/Ministry Success Advocate/West TerritoryMust live in West Territory - AZ, CO, ID, NM, NV, ND, MT, UT, SD, WY)
FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations)
Schedule: This full-time position (40 hours/week) will work remotely within the United States.
Pay Range: $20 per hour plus opportunities for incentive compensation; $2/hour premium for bilingual English/Spanish fluency
Reporting to: Manager
Position Summary:
The Ministry Success Advocate is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for cultivating relationships, promoting the Augustine Institute's (AI) products and services and supporting the growth of our Catholic community through outreach and engagement efforts. This role combines sales acumen with a deep understanding of our mission for evangelization, products, sales administration of parishes and schools within our Catholic faith.
