Job Description
This full-time role offers a unique chance to make an immediate, life-saving impact. As a Partnership Development Manager, your primary mission will be establishing new partnerships with pregnancy care centers across the United States. These centers provide essential resources, and by helping them partner with us, you'll be directly contributing to saving more lives. This is a sales-focused role where you'll engage with potential partners, advocate for our mission, and secure financial commitments that allow Life Advancement Group to expand their reach. Each new partnership you create could mean hundreds of lives saved due to your efforts.Location: Remote or hybrid options available.
Skills: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, high emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability in high-pressure situations, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in roles involving outreach and partnership building.
Demonstrable history of achieving measurable growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, or establishing partnerships in previous positions. CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads, managing outreach, and analyzing performance.
Activities and Responsibilities
Performing proactive outreach via direct mail, cold calls, and email to initiate partnerships. Developing a consultative approach to engage potential partners, understand their needs, and align our offerings with their goals.
Scheduling meetings, pitching our mission, and addressing questions on the spot.
Sending follow-up proposals, handling contract negotiations, and transitioning new partnerships to the onboarding team.
Staying tenacious and motivated in the outreach process, with a willingness to provide insights for attracting new clients through marketing (though not responsible for generating the prospect list).
Success in this role will be measured by the number of new partnerships established, revenue generated from partnerships, and retention rate of acquired partners.

Compensation & Benefits
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Top performers may exceed this range due to uncapped commissions.
