Job Description

Mount Royal Academy in Sunapee, NH is seeking a part time Athletic Director for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants should be familiar with player development, best practices in coaching, interscholastic athletics and Catholic education.

Candidates must be willing to lead, coordinate, and implement athletic programming in conformity with the school's mission. The Athletic Director is responsible for recruiting and hiring coaches, and works collaboratively with the school leadership team to deliver high quality formative experiences in athletics outside of the traditional school day. Current programs include soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, track and field, for all students (boys and girls) from ages 4 to high school. It is a unique opportunity to build from within and create lasting relationships with parents, coaches, teachers, and student-athletes.
