Job Description

The Principal of Holy Rosary Catholic School serves as the spiritual, academic, and administrative leader of the school, ensuring a Christ-centered environment that promotes faith, family, and community.

Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership aligned with the school's Catholic mission.

Oversee curriculum development and ensure academic excellence.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students and staff.

Collaborate with parish leadership, families, and the community to strengthen school initiatives.

Manage school operations, including budgets, facilities, and staff development.

Support teachers in their professional growth and ensure compliance with diocesan and state standards.

Actively engage in promoting enrollment and community outreach.

Qualifications:

Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.

Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred.

Wisconsin Administrative Licensure (or ability to obtain).

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Passion for Catholic education and student-centered learning.
