Resource Teacher

Job Description

St. Jerome Academy is seeking a full time Resource Teacher to assist students with documented learning differences for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants must have classroom teaching experience (in particular in the areas of phonics, reading and math), familiarity with the formal assessment process to evaluate students for learning and behavior concerns and a bachelors degree. Masters in Specialized Education is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. An Education Degree is not required. State certification is not required to apply. Candidates who are offered a position and accepted have three years to obtain certification from the day of hire. Teaching experience is preferred.
