Job Description
Endowment CoordinatorThe Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Green Bay Inc. currently has a full-time opening for an Endowment Coordinator in our Green Bay Office.
This full time Endowment Coordinator position supports the Catholic Foundation by assisting with the establishment, acknowledgement and administration of funds and endowments. This person will work closely with relationship managers to ensure that funds and endowments are used for the intended purpose. In this position the Endowment Coordinator will also coordinate all aspects of the fund and endowment distribution process. The coordinator will work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under tight deadlines. This position must understand and maintain confidentiality in all Foundation work.
We would like to see someone with a bachelor's degree in communications; paralegal, fund management, or related experience preferred. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a deadline-driven environment, have knowledge of grant making and foundation information sources, and also have knowledge of basic fundraising techniques and strategies. We would prefer someone be Bilingual Spanish/ English, have previous experience with non-profit fundraising or foundations and an understanding of Church ministries.
