Logistics and Ecommerce Specialist

Job Description

Vianney Vocations is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.

Candidates must have a strong desire to serve the Church by promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

This team member should be tech-oriented and able to learn various online platforms and systems. Many aspects of this position require on-the-job training, so a general technical inclination & proficiency is the primary requirement.

This is a full-time, on-site position in beautiful Tallahassee, FL. Key responsibilities would include:

Database Creation & Maintenance
• Create and manage Airtable databases
• Provide training and ongoing support for database users

Mailing Project Coordination
• Manage mail lists in Excel
• Complete mail merge and printing
• Use ShippingEasy software for shipping projects
• Be able to handle multiple projects concurrently

Weekly Discernment E-Newsletter:
• Assist in the creation, management, and deployment of "Art of Discernment" e-newsletter.

Ecommerce
• Assist with updating WooCommerce online store
• Maintain and manage marketing lists
• Assist with Google ads
• Manage and update product listings on Amazon
• Post new listings and maintain accurate inventory records.

Reporting
• Prepare and deliver shipping and sales reports.
• Manage royalties for authors
• Provide administrative support invoicing

Order Fulfillment
• Periodically assist with order fulfillment
• Packing and shipping orders when necessary

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in logistics, data management, or fulfillment is a plus.

Familiarity with database management and CRM tools is advantageous.

Ecommerce experience is also desirable

Start date is May or June 2025
