Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Adolescent Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a Montessori classroom of adolescents aged 12-15, fostering a love for learning, and guiding them in their spiritual and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment that is engaging, orderly, and in alignment with Montessori principles.
-Guide and support children in their learning process, encouraging independence and critical thinking.
-Integrate Catholic faith and values into the daily classroom experience.
-Assess and track each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
-Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance the learning environment.
-Ensure a safe, nurturing, and respectful atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications:

-Montessori Certification (AMI or AMS trained) required.
-Preference given to candidates trained in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.
-Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
-Experience working with adolescents in a Montessori environment.
-Practicing Catholic who is passionate about integrating faith into education.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Commitment to fostering a positive and faith-filled learning environment.
