Job Description

Job Purpose
This full-time, exempt position is to generate, lead and perform client engagement projects, providing them with practical and innovative strategies to meet ever-changing financial and operational needs so they may freely and faithfully fulfill their mission. To provide financial and planning education and training.

Serve our clients and partners and help them attain their mission goals. Be committed to protecting our clients' and partners' interests. Deliver measurable value to our clients and partners.

Emmaus Partners provides services for the Catholic Church and other Catholic entities; therefore, it is expected that employees conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and in support of the mission and purpose of the Church. Representative Responsibilities
* Successfully engage parishes/schools in the use of Emmaus Partners loan and consulting services.
* Ability to analyze widely divergent data and bring forward insights and advise strategies.
* Promote the understanding and use of the organization by building relationships at the parish/school level as well as Archdiocesan staff.
* Understand and effectively utilize financial planning and concepts to successfully assist parishes/schools with a wide range of financial planning, budgeting and financing solutions consistent with products and services offered by Emmaus Partners.
* Maintain ongoing client relationships and seek to establish new client relationships and project work.
* Provide training and education as it fits into Emmaus Partners strategic plan.
* Pastoral planning projects both within and outside this Archdiocese.

Qualifications
* BS required in finance, accounting, business, data management or other professional degree; masters preferred.
* Work experience including finance/accounting, consulting, process design and delivery or other relevant experience is required.
* Lending experience is preferred.
* Facilitation experience and formal training in facilitation is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrate understanding, acceptance, and respect of Catholic doctrine.
