Principal Position - Holy Spirit Catholic School
Holy Spirit Catholic School, located in Rock Springs, Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven educational leader to serve as Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. Holy Spirit Catholic School is a private Catholic elementary school serving students from Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade. The school emphasizes a blend of Catholic faith and teachings with academic excellence, aiming to foster both the academic and personal growth of each child in partnership with parents.

As Principal, you will motivate faculty, staff and students in their commitment to academic success, personal growth and the Catholic faith. You will oversee the school's daily operations, ensuring a productive and faith-centered learning environment. Reporting to the Holy Spirit Catholic School Board and working collaboratively with the Director of Catholic School Leadership for the Diocese of Cheyenne, you will play a key role in fostering a thriving academic and spiritual community. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, inspirational and a true leader for our school family!

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
2-5 years of leadership or administrative experience in Catholic education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills with students, parents, faculty, staff, and stakeholders
