Job Description

Sacred Heart Catholic School in Hallettsville, Texas is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to fill the full-time position of Athletic Director, with the additional responsibility of Head Football Coach. This position combines coaching, teaching, and administrative duties, with the primary focus on overseeing the athletic program for both boys and girls at the junior high and high school levels. As the Head Football Coach, the individual will be responsible for leading the football program, organizing practices, developing game strategies, and fostering team development. In addition to coaching football, the Athletic Director will assist with scheduling, coordinating, and coaching other sports programs within the athletic department. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a competitive and supportive athletic culture that emphasizes building relationships and character formation while promoting the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional growth of students.
