Job Description

The Partner Development Director will be responsible for growing Rebuilt's impact by developing and executing a strategic sales plan to engage and onboard new partner parishes.

This role requires a passion for the local Church and discipleship, combined with strong sales and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and understands the challenges and opportunities within parish leadership and renewal.

Sales & Business Development
> Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract new partner parishes.
> Generate new leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and leveraging Rebuilt's existing connections.
> Identify and qualify potential parishes that align with Rebuilt's mission and would benefit from its coaching & consulting services and resources.
> Conduct sales presentations and consultations with pastors, parish staff & leaders, and diocesan leaders.
> Utilize a consultative sales approach-listening to parish leaders, understanding their challenges, and offering solutions that fit their needs.
> Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, create lead-generation campaigns, and develop effective sales materials.

Relationship Management
> Build strong, trust-based relationships with parish leaders and diocesan decision-makers.
> Serve as a trusted advisor to partner parishes, ensuring they feel supported in their journey toward renewal.
> Maintain a CRM system to track leads, outreach efforts, and pipeline progress.
> Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close deals effectively.

Collaboration & Strategy
> Work closely with the Rebuilt leadership team to align sales efforts with the organization's strategic goals.
> Partner with the coaching and content teams to ensure new parishes are smoothly onboarded and set up for success.
> Analyze sales data and provide regular performance reports to inform decision-making.
> Continuously refine the sales process to increase conversion rates and streamline the onboarding experience.

Qualifications & Experience
> Deep understanding of Catholic parish life and leadership.
> 5+ years of experience in sales and business development-preferably in a faith-based or nonprofit setting.
> Proven track record of developing new business and exceeding revenue goals.
> Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to connect with pastors and church leaders.
> Strong presentation and communication skills-able to articulate the Rebuilt vision in a compelling way.
> Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for evangelization and parish renewal.
> Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital communication platforms.
> Ability to travel occasionally for parish visits, conferences, and team meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
> Experience in ministry, parish leadership, or Catholic consulting.
> Familiarity with Rebuilt's vision and approach to parish renewal.
> Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or donor relations.

Education:
> Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience/Special Skills or Knowledge Areas:
> Sales prospecting, prequalifying, and closing
> Proficiency in HubSpot software preferred; knowledge of Kajabi a plus
> Alignment to the vision and mission of Rebuilt Parish.
