Job Description
Highlands Latin School-Orlando is seeking an individual to join our team as a Drama teacher for grades 3rd-8th. This role requires a passion for classical Christian education in its entirety, especially in the fine arts.We are now accepting applications from qualified teachers for the 2025-26 school year.
This is are both part-time position during the school day, as well as running an after school Drama Troupe, with the possibility of a putting on a full play.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or graduate degree - Experience in teaching, preferably in a classical Christian school or a strong desire to work for a classical school.
Skills
Help students in memorization and performance of age-appropriate material, focusing on clear speaking and comfort on stage. Students move to reading and performing small plays and scenes, learning about movement, character portrayal, and theater terminology.
