Job Description

Join our Graduate Theology team as a Program Associate. You will help our lay students encounter Christ through prayer, study, and service. If you are looking to use your talents to serve a mission-driven organization, this is the opportunity for you!

We are seeking a candidate to assist with coordinating weekend courses, marketing our degrees, and providing administrative support.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists in the planning and coordination of events, seminars, and workshops including weekend, online, and intensive classes. Occasional weekend coverage is required.
Coordinates communication between faculty, students, and internal and external stakeholders including via social media management.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of programs activities, participants, and instructors.
Assists in the development, distribution, and evaluation of program materials, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
Provides administrative support to the program director and instructors, including scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and taking minutes.
Coordinates accommodations for program instructors and participants as well as travel reimbursements for instructors.
Supports the Institute for Sacred Music as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Familiarity with Catholic theology and ministry
