Job Description
Saint Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church in Massapequa, NY is seeking a Business Manager for the parish and school.The Business Manager
• Manages payroll and HR of parish and school employees.
• Development and coordination of the budgets of parish and school
• Preparation of the Quarterly and Annual financial reports of parish and school
• Manages the bank and investment accounts of parish and school.
• Collaborates with Operations Manager
• Supervises two part-time employees who assist with accounts receivable and payable.
In coordination with the Operations Manager
• Assists in the budgeting of major projects for remodeling, maintaining, and improving the physical plant and grounds.
• Assists in the development of vendor contracts and obtaining the diocesan required insurance and liability coverage for all contracted services.
• Assists in the planning and scheduling of routine and preventive equipment maintenance.
