Job Description
The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking an Associate Judge to work in the Archdiocesan Tribunal. The Associate Judge has the primary responsibility of ensuring that the rights and responsibilities of the Church and the faithful of the Archdiocese are protected in all facets of the life of the Church, including but not limited to examination and adjudication of the canonical investigation of nullity of marriages. Other responsibilities include properly instructing canonical proceedings and serving as a resource for canonical advice as it relates to reviewing marital status in the Church. Licentiate in Canon Law (J.C.L) is required. A minimum of three years of Tribunal experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred. A background check and Safe Environment training will be required.
