Job Description

St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School, in Woodbridge, VA is seeking joyful Catholic teachers who feel called by God to lead students closer to Him through the study of a variety of subjects at the elementary level and are qualified to serve in the following 2025-26 school year role: 5th Grade Elementary teacher. Applicants should have a contagious love for learning and for the Lord, along with structured classroom procedures, creative and hands-on lessons, and the skill to keep students engaged and challenged according to their unique gifts and needs. Applicants must hold a VA or VCEA teaching license or be working towards licensure.

About the Employer

St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School was founded in 1977 and is administered and staffed by the religious community of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia and a lay faculty. It serves over 520 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and three Arlington Diocese parishes: Our Lady of Angels, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and Sacred Heart. It has a diverse student body with over 20 percent of the students speaking one of 17 secondary languages.
