Your Mission
As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in helping Catholic organizations thrive. You'll connect with prospective customers, learn their needs, and introduce them to solutions that simplify their work and amplify their outreach. Your success will directly contribute to eCatholic's mission of equipping the Church with tools to grow and serve their communities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospect and hunt for new leads through outreach, research, and relationship-building
- Connect with new leads through demos, phone calls, and webinars to present eCatholic's suite of products
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way
- Listen and tailor solutions based on each client's unique needs, challenges, and budgets
- Create WOW moments by guiding clients through the sales process until a seamless handoff to the onboarding team
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment and follow up on leads generated through campaigns
- Educate and inspire customers on how eCatholic's integrated solutions can save them time, money, and effort

- A track record of successful sales experience
- Excellent communication skills: You can connect, inspire, and present with confidence
- A passion for serving the Church: You understand and care about the needs of Catholic organizations
- Sales drive and resilience: You love challenges, embrace rejection as part of the process, and stay focused on results
- Tech-savviness: You're quick to learn and comfortable with tools that support the sales process
- Self-motivation and organization: You're proactive, organized, and thrive on achieving goals and deadlines

Familiarity with the operations of the Catholic Church, such as parishes, dioceses, or schools
