Job Description
Life CoachJoin Pregnancy Center Plus, a faith-based, pregnancy help center, as a Life Coach and play a vital role in fostering wellbeing among individuals facing life challenges. You'll create and deliver impactful programs, coach clients and volunteers, and connect individuals with community resources. Requires dedication to our pro-life mission, experience working with vulnerable populations, program development skills, and alignment with Catholic teachings. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage wellbeing services (life skills, advancing education, career/job skills, financial literacy) aligned with PCPlus mission.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized coaching plans.
• Provide individualized one-on-one coaching to empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
• Create mechanisms to recruit, track, and retain new clients.
• Monitor program effectiveness and adapt based on feedback.
• Recruit, train, and supervise other volunteer life coaches.
• Organize and facilitate relevant learning events appropriate for clients.
• Knowledgeable of outside community resources that may be appropriate referrals for clients.
• Build community/church partnerships to expand resources and referrals.
• Promote PCPlus services and collaborate on new program development.
Qualifications:
• Deep commitment to the pro-life mission and PCPlus values.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, self-directed, and well-organized.
• Demonstrated experience with vulnerable populations and fostering self-sufficiency.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective programs.
• Strong leadership and volunteer management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (active listening, empathy).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Assertive in finding practical community resources and solutions for clients.
• Able to motivate clients to participate in services.
25-40 hours per week
