Now, we're pushing into new frontiers of content that educates, inspires, and grows the movement-and we need your skills to amplify our voice.

Who We're Looking For

A video editing powerhouse with Christian / Catholic values who lives at the intersection of AI and strategy.

Your core toolkit includes:
- Editing mastery: Turn podcasts, interviews, and transcripts into razor-sharp 1- and 5-minute summaries, Reels/Shorts, and thumbnails that command attention with class.
- AI fluency: Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to dissect transcripts, draft hooks, and brainstorm marketing angles
- Platform savvy: Proven experience managing and growing social media channels (YouTube, X, Spotify, Rumble). You know what trends-and how to ride the algorithm.
- Strategic mindset: Think beyond the cut. You optimize content for reach, engagement, and community growth.

Bonus Skills

- Track record of scaling media channels from 0 to 100k+ followers.
- Basic motion graphics or design chops to add polish.
- Artistic flair: skills that you can put to work in Photoshop, Midjourney, Suno, ...
- Personal or professional ties to Europe (a significant part of our audience is based there)

Requirements

- Self-driven hustle: Deliver top-tier quality without micromanagement. Remote work discipline is non-negotiable.
- Tech workflow: Tools like Premiere Pro, AutoPod, Canva, and Descript are second nature, and you augment them with AI to work faster and smarter.
- Portfolio proof: Show us your best edits (short/long), thumbnails, and metrics (views, engagement, growth).
- Ability to drive to Austin on a regular basis.
