Job Summary:
We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant who shares our values of compassion, positivity, and commitment to healing. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and professional candidate to work as part of an enthusiastic team.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. You will work closely with our chiropractor and office team to support the smooth running of the clinic while delivering a top-notch experience to every client who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is kind-hearted, empathetic, and excited to be part of a team dedicated to helping others live healthier, pain-free lives.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients with a smile, providing a warm, welcoming experience.
• Help manage and coordinate client flow for both the doctor and nutrition therapist, ensuring that all appointments run on time.
• Assist the chiropractor in various clinical procedures, including setting up and supporting treatments, and client intake information.
• Maintain client records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date and kept confidential.
• Assist other office staff as needed with administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, and organizing client materials.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized office and treatment spaces.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture, contributing to a supportive, joyful and inspiring environment for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, with a caring and compassionate nature.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in holistic health and wellness.
• Desire to learn and grow in the position.

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - hours vary (No weekends)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 with ability to increase
