Preschool Lead Teacher

Job Description

-Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
-Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
-Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
-Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques.
-Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
-Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special needs or disabilities.
-Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and implementation.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
-Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
-Bilingual: English, Spanish (preferred)
