Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Ave Maria Academy is looking for a multi-age Elementary classroom teacher with a passion for working with children. The candidate must be patient, flexible, creative, and possess effective communication skills. Applicants must be open to teaching in a combination classroom, including all subject areas, and must be a practicing Christian.
Teach Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Math, Religion, & Arts to 3rd & 4th grade students. Promote physical, mental, and social development of the student as an individual. May be required to hold State certification.
Must be committed to excellence and work collaboratively, possessing effective communication skills.
Qualifications:

• Work in partnership with teachers, specialists, support staff, and administration.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, staff members, and the community.
