Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Non-Profit Representative to lead our team in its support of Catholic priests. This role is crucial in promoting our mission and engaging with the community to foster support and fundraising for our initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a practicing member of the Catholic faith who possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, capable of managing projects and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to drive our non-profit's goals forward.Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization's outreach and impact within the community of priests.
Supervise and manage staff and non-employee contractors to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
Analyze profit and loss statements to assess financial health and make informed decisions for resource allocation.
Oversee business development efforts to expand partnerships and funding opportunities.
Identify areas for process improvement within the organization to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with sales teams to promote fundraising campaigns and community engagement activities.
Lead training sessions for volunteers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications
Experience in strategic planning, project management, or business development within a non-profit or similar environment.
Candidate must be a practicing Catholic with a desire to help Catholic priests face the many challenges which exist in modern society.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships with diverse groups.
Ability to analyze data related to profit loss and make strategic recommendations based on findings.
Experience in process improvement initiatives including fundraising, that have positively impacted organizational performance.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results through teamwork and partnership development.
